A quiz I took on the internet says that according to the old wives (of "old wives' tales" fame) little Pavo will be a girl (I am carrying high, kid's heartbeat is always above 140, I am craving fruit more than meat etc.)
My old husband says he thinks it's a boy, even though he once cut out a picture of a little brown girl in the Old Navy ad and hung it on our fridge.
I have had dreams of both girl and boy babies, making my psychic powers a la the hit show Medium a bit less dependable in this situation.
Any guesses folks? We will find out on July 20. I will buy a drink (alcoholic or non) for anyone who guesses the gender right. * Deadline for entry is 7/19/07.

This is Carla, Kistina's cousin. I think it's it is a boy, and HIS NAME IS STEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really I think it's a girl, but Kristina called my unborn son "STEVE", so I plan to tease her for the next few months.
Whoever suggested that my child should have a parasitic boy living in its chest cavity owes me not only a drink, but a year's supply of absolut mandarin and soda.
i vote brown. this weekend i met a baby whose mother is white and whose father is half indian (the eastern kind). anyway, the dad is quite dark and before meeting the baby, i assumed the baby was darkish. no. the baby is as blond/white haired as could be with blue eyes and transluscent skin. anyway. i'm planning on your baby being brown, so please don't disappoint.
I vote that it will be a boy AND WE WILL CALL HIM STEVE!
